Dr. Patrick Mark Kelley is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals at his practice in Panama City, Florida. He also holds long-term appointments at several local hospitals, including Gulf Coast Medical Center and Northwest Florida Surgery Center.
Dr. Kelley completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana before graduating with his medical degree from Loyola University. He then completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine and St. Francis Hospital. To further advance his training, Dr. Kelley then completed additional residency training in Plastic Surgery and a fellowship in Burns at Eastern Virginia Medical Authority, and was a Plastic Surgery Registrar at Canniesburn Hospital in Scotland. His extensive training allows him to provide patients with state-of-the-art care.
