 Dr. Kelley is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He is also a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), a select group of board certified plastic surgeons who have attained the highest level of achievement in Cosmetic surgical training, continuing education, and clinical experience.
Since 1978, Dr. Kelley has maintained a highly successful private practice specializing in Cosmetic surgery in Panama City, Florida. His modern in-office operating facility is fully accredited by the AAAASF, staffed by board certified Anesthesiologist, and is designed for the optimal comfort and safety of his patients.
His active Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic remains a particular pleasure to him.
