Do you offer any financial assistance?

Yes, it is through CareCredit®. CareCredit® offers installment loans with low, fixed rates, or interest-free loans for 3, 6,  or 12 months to qualified applicants. CareCredit® also has no annual fees. Either way, you'll be able to find an option designed to fit within your budget.

 




Does the price of the consultation go towards the surgery?

Yes, the cost is included in the price of the surgery.




Where is the surgery performed?

Surgery is performed at the Northwest Florida Surgery Center. It is owned and operated by local physicians



Are all of the follow-up visits after surgery included in the price?

Yes, all post-operative follow-up care and visits are included in the cost of surgery.




Is the surgery facility an accredited facility?

Yes, it is nationally accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Healthcare




How long is a consultation?

It usually takes one hour for Dr. Kelley to explain the procedure, examine you, and make recommendations.




When can I schedule for surgery?

You may schedule for surgery immediately after your consultation or at any time there after.




Do you use Anesthesiologists or Nurse Anesthetists for delivering of the anesthesia?

We use only Board Certified MD Anesthesiologists - the same doctors that we use at the hospital.
