Dr. Kelley performs most of his surgical procedures on an outpatient basis.
Plastic and Laser Surgery Center
Virtually all Cosmetic Surgery is performed at Plastic and Laser Surgery Center. Its two major OR's are staffed by R.N.'s and board certified Anesthesiologists. This facility is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, AAAASF.
Overnight recovery accommodations are available in house when required.
Dr. Kelley is an active staff member at Northwest Florida Surgery Center and Gulf Coast Medical Center.

Staff
Our caring staff members are there to answer questions, address concerns, and reassure you-both before and after you meet with Dr. Kelley.
They will discuss surgical fees, schedule surgery, and assist you at every step from pre-operative instructions to post-operative care.
Dr. Kelley and his staff are always available to you.
