  3. Bags under the eyes
  4. Droopiness at the lower eyelid

Nose Surgery- (Rhinoplasty)

Surgery of the nose can change:

  1. Nose size
  2. Nose width at the bridge and tip
  3. Visible humps or depressions of the bridge
  4. Nasal tip- too large or bulbous, drooping, upturned
  5. Nostrils – too large or too wide

An incision is made across the columella, the narrow strip that separates the nostrils. The soft tissues that cover the nose are gently raised, allowing access to reshape the nose

Soft Tissue Fillers

Temporary soft tissue fillers help to diminish fine facial lines and restore volume and fullness to the face. They can be used for :

  1. Plump thin lips
  2. Improve shallow contours
  3. Soften creases and wrinkles

However, only surgery can lift. Fillers can only delay the time when a facelift is appropriate. They are not a substitute for surgery.

Congenital Facial Reconstruction - Cleft Lip

Cancer Facial Reconstruction - Removal and replacement of nose

I sincerely appreciate my patients graciously allowing the use of their photos for educational purposes. They may help alleviate  the anxiety of a patient considering plastic surgery  as well as support others with their decision to proceed with plastic surgery.
