The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) was established in 1937 with the goal of “providing safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public” and is one of the 24 specialty medical board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Unfortunately a number of physicians who are “board certified” in other medical specialties, but not in plastic surgery, are performing cosmetic procedures outside of their scope of residency training.
Dr. Kelley is board certified by “The American Board of Plastic Surgery” to be able to safely practice ALL areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
In addition to being a member of “ The American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery”, he is also a member of “ The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.”
